Field learning plan 2015

Purchase the 2015 field learning plan once and use it as much as needed.  Learning Plans are important in aiding students to navigate the skills delineated by the CSWE. This plan follows the 2015 EPAS objectives and permits the students to demonstrate through specific activities and measures how they have achieved the objectives. It is expected that this plan is developed along with the field instructor and is unique to the organization where the practicum is being completed.
