BSW Field Instrument

The SWEAP Field Instrument meets the assessment requirements of EPAS 2015 & EPAS 2022. SELECT EPAS 2015 or EPAS 2022 in the “Which Version?” dropdown.

In addition to the quantitative portion of the SWEAP Field Instrument, a qualitative text space is available to make notes about student progress. SWEAP Field Instrument reports provide aggregated measures across at least one dimension for each competency, allowing for seamless integration of data into CSWE AS4 & AS5 reporting forms.  Individual student information is also included on SWEAP Field Instrument Reports. Field supervisors and program staff will be able to access a final version of the completed evaluation when the form is submitted.

SWEAP allows for direct integration with Exxat and Sonia field management systems to make distribution, collection and reporting of field instruments smoother and less time-consuming. SWEAP can, likely, connect with any other field management system, due to our universal integration certification.
